how to bring out the ME in me:

. meditate daily (in a group even better)

. chant or sing daily (like a nutter out loud in the street whilst riding bicycle)

. openly share feelings with a group of strangers

. say what comes to your mind

. stop analysing (you’re not a psychologist)

. connect with close friends daily

. don’t take shit

. shout at idiots in the street and then smile kindly

. don’t think about what to say, listen to your heart and then say it

. write, create, imagine daily

. be honest with yourself

. express yourself through body movement daily (bedroom olympics often the desired form of movement)
